I offer an integrative, transpersonal way of working that brings together neuroscience, cognitive therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic depth work, dreamwork, creativity and imagination, and body-based modalities. This allows me to meet you exactly where you are — listening holistically and working at a pace that feels right for you.
My practice is warm, compassionate, and grounded in openness. I hold your best interests at the centre of our work, supporting you to connect with your story, process difficult emotions, and move toward greater confidence, freedom, and possibility.
Like all UKCP-registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience: Abuse, Bereavement, Divorce, Domestic Violence, Trauma
